Relaxing Garden Room

At the bottom of the garden, almost hidden, in a beautifully picturesque village in West Sussex we find this peaceful retreat. A striking combination of dark grey composite cladding and anthracite grey sliding doors offers a subtle yet contemporary feel which contrasts perfectly to the rustic cottage and mature garden. With rear access to the property, the Garden Room was designed with a large storage room in the absence of a garage or shed.

In addition to large sliding doors, a small side window and two skylights were included in order to allow as much natural light into the building as possible. Underfloor heating was installed to ensure year round comfort even on the coldest days. Finished internally to the highest standard with plastered, decorated walls and a premium quality oak effect laminate floor to the main room, with ply-lined walls and a durable rubber matting floor to the store.

This Garden Room offers so much to the family. A place to relax and enjoy their garden, a place to entertain guests, somewhere for the children to work on homework projects and a valuable storage space for tools, bikes and garden furniture.
