We insist on meeting each potential client on site in order to best determine what you are looking for and how it will compliment the surroundings. Building relationships is an important part of the process, not only during the design phase but also whilst constructing your Garden Room. We will be in your garden every day and ensuring a comfortable, professional yet relaxed environment is extremely valuable.

How We Work
First, we like to have a chat on the phone about what you are looking for. We talk about how you intend to use the building, possible sizes and any other key aspects in order to get an initial overview of the project.
Site Visit
Site Visit
Meeting on site is an important part of the process as it gives us a chance to see the area, access, location of the power supply and water and waste if required. It also gives us an opportunity to get to know one another and come up with design ideas that work for you.
Quotation
Quotation
Following our meeting we will then produce a full quote with 3D drawings and all included aspects of the project for you to consider. If the design requires amending or there are further additions you would like to make we will update the quote accordingly.
Booking
Booking
Once you are happy with the design and quote and have chosen to go ahead with your build we will send you a confirmation of order and ask for a deposit. We request a 25% deposit to secure a start date and allow us to order your doors, windows and base materials.
Build Process
Build Process
One of our expert teams will be assigned to your build and will be with you every day until completion. We maintain constant contact through our operations manager and the designer you worked with to ensure everything runs smoothly. There is a weekly payment schedule that runs for the duration of the build.
Completion
Completion
Once your garden room is complete we make sure you are happy with the finished building and know how everything works before the final balance of 5% is due. We then offer a 3 month period where we will return for any reason if minor issues occur and there is a 10 year structural guarantee. Contact us today for a quote.
